This week, Sarah was in Tbilisi with a group of ten NGO leaders from throughout Armenia. The trip was a study tour for the group to meet with some strong Georgian NGOs. We visited five organizations and one embassy in three days, but also had time for some sightseeing. At right, two of my EPF colleagues and I are in front of the Georgian parliament (we liked the flowers). Here I am in the garden of one of the organizations we visited, with some of the Armenian NGO leaders:
